In this role you will:

Lead a geographically dispersed team of finance professionals.

Partner with the operations team to promote annual billing cycle which includes demand planning, pricing analysis and overall product management.

Partner with IT OPS to promote, analyze, and maintain ITFM tool for assigned product lines. Develop and monitor cost allocations to services, institute processes around overhead allocation, unallocated costs and new service introduction. Partner with SMEs to ensure cost allocation processes are tax and regulatorily compliant.

Analyze results with Operational partners to drive unit cost productivity understanding and opportunity identification.

Financial planning & analysis … Ensure operations teams understand risks/opportunities and communicating those to leadership (setting the right expectations) in time for blue-print planning.

Communication with senior leadership on monthly estimates, close updates, high risks/opportunities

Lead financial initiatives within assigned GE Product lines (budgetary challenges, strategic opportunities, regional funding issues, outsourcing/insourcing strategy, leasing strategy)

Set financial processes and drive operational accountability/ownership of costs, contractor management and alignment of liquidation trends with expense trends

Provide support for changes in operational processes and build relationships with operational leadership to drive business decision making

Digital IT Strategic Initiatives ... Provide leadership and financial analysis related to projects including: Vendor Management/Contract Review, Alstom Integration (billing processes and pricing), Capital Divestiture (TSA Management) and Finance tool integration and simplification.

Role Summary/Purpose

Finance leader for GE IT Core Technology Solutions division, managing $500MM+ Gross expense & supporting SEB/EB leaders, partnering cross functionally with billing, ops, tax, controllership, sourcing. The job includes leading a team while having a strategic focus with operational leaders and overseeing company financials.

Qualifications/Requirements

Basic Requirements:

A Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or related field and at least 10 years of related experience. Minimum of 1 year of experience leading and managing a global team. Master’s degree a plus.

Eligibility Requirements:

Desired Characteristics

MBA or CAS preferred
