General Electric Lead Finance Analyst in Atlanta, Georgia
Role Summary:Senior Finance Analyst for GE Digital Technology – TechCo division, managing $150MM+ gross expense from both an FP&A and Product Finance perspective: supporting EB/SEB leaders, partnering cross-functionally with product, billing, tax, controllership, and sourcing.
In this role you will:
Drive ownership of budgets, forecasts, and estimates for assigned products, including risks and opportunities
Ensure accurate financials through the month and quarter closing processes, including variance analysis to prior periods and operating plans
Communicate financial plans and results to operating leaders
Develop standard costing for products based on accurate measurement of product cost (including direct and indirect costs) and product volume
Partner with product teams to drive cost out initiatives including supporting vendor negotiations and monitoring progress through data visibility
Partner with product teams to develop product should cost modeling
Partner with product teams and external consulting firms to conduct product cost benchmarking exercises
Partner with product teams to develop and manage processes to accurately forecast consumption demand and incorporate forecasts into cost planning accordingly
Partner with product teams to develop and update strategic product pricing for internal and external customers
Own and drive projects to achieve strategic imperatives of the Product Finance organization
- Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or related field and 4+ years of related experience. Master’s degree a plus.
