General Electric Director - Program Management in Atlanta, Georgia
The Director – Program Management role is an exciting opportunity in the Digital Technology team at GE Power. This role is aligned to the Finance leadership team and will be responsible for the delivery of large-scale, complex digital programs serving the needs of the Finance team. This person will be responsible for collecting requirements, defining and executing programs, tracking and monitoring key metrics to ensure milestones are met on time and on budget.
The ideal candidate will provide thought leadership and expertise relating to Financial Processes, ERP integration and analytics.
In this role, you will:
Work closely with stakeholders in the Finance Team for problem definition, execution and delivery.
Manage risk and dependencies between organizations.
Work with cross-functional teams to help operationalize financial processes.
Track and monitor program status and metrics to ensure milestones are met, and internal and external delivery commitments are met.
Provide on-going communication of progress against program objectives.
Proactively identify and resolve issues and make recommendations for improvements to existing processes
Establish a governance structure that identifies key performance indicators, sets milestones, and establishes a reporting cadence.
Be comfortable in working with remote teams and delivering results in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications/Requirements: Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree (Master’s Degree preferred) in Computer Science or in “STEM” Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math). MBA is a plus but not required.
A minimum of 10+ years of experience along with established leadership across the discipline and functionEligibility Requirements: (Country Specific)

Excellent computer skills (SQL, Tableau) and proficiency in excel, word, outlook, and access
