Electrical Team Lead is responsible for managing all aspects of electrical maintenance of complete plant through Contractor’s Staff and/or Customer’s Workforce to ensure safe, reliable, efficient plant operations, communication with IEC (Israel Electric Corporation (https://www.iec.co.il/en/home) ) and NOGA - The Israel Independent System Operator.
Responsibilities:
As Electrical Team Lead you report to the Maintenance Manager and:
Strong project management, problem solving and organizational skills
Experience of planning and managing plant outages
Prior experience with GE O&M in same capacity is preferred
Strong oral and written communication skills, Hebrew and English
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
Proficiency with computer tools
Understanding of Computerized Maintenance Management System(CMMS) like Maximo
Qualifications / Requirements:
Graduate Electrical Engineer - מהנדס חשמל בעל רשיון של חשמלאי מהנדס + high voltage work license.
Minimum 5 years of power plant experience with minimum three years in team lead position in plant maintenance.
Minimum three years of O&M experience.
Career Level - Experienced
Reports to – O&M Maintenance Manager
