Job Description Summary
CT is an expanding modality with procedure growth yearly, driven by medical need and enabled by advances in imaging and device technology.
The CT Clinical Product Specialist (CPS) is the clinical and technical expert for the CT modality within a region, responsible for guiding the sales team clinically to win more business. In this role the CPS will be responsible for driving the clinical sale in CT and AW and working with the clinical marketing manager to generate clinical sales tools.
Roles and Responsibilities
The CT Clinical Product Specialist (CPS) provides clinical and technical leadership during sales process by demonstration knowledge of the full range of products for both CT and AW. With the goal of increasing orders, sales, margin and share through world-class clinical consulting, strong customer relationships for the regional sales team.
Drive AW sales within your region to grow both CT and AW market share.
Support sales team during customer visits through product demos and clinical presentation
Be proficient in demoing the AW, CT consoles and images during the sales cycle to display leadership in CT/AW technology
Build clinical evidence strategy within the region to support the clinical marketing manager activity for clinical tool development for current & new product launches. Provide clinical images and evidence in a timely manner especially around key trade shows or conference
Support the global marketing team with new product development by supporting clinical sites, collecting images, generating imaging and training counterparts on the key benefits of the new product
Support and drive collaborations with KOLs within your region and develop relationships to achieve the ability to collect images, acquire image agreements and have the KOL support customer calls & meetings to promote the CT product line.
In conjunction with CT product managers, develop and build regional and national CT show sites to demonstrate GE technology. Train the staff with key marketing and clinical messages. & maintain CT show sites to support US customer visits
Participate in key trade shows and events in the US & to promote our clinical solutions
Strong CT clinical and technical background; RTR certified with CT certification
Experience (at least 5 years preferred) in Healthcare industry
Strong communication and relationship skills
Willing to travel within a specified territory (50% of the time)
Position location flexible, but will support the western territory of the US
Expertise in CT imaging
Bachelor degree/Master degree
Customer intimacy experience
Sales or marketing skills/experience
