Job Description Summary

Our Alliances Program Management Leader will lead Alliances program management, strategy and analytics to drive efficiency within organization applying lean and data driven process improvement changes. This role will help standardize the adoption and migration of tools to drive efficiency and cost savings within GE Healthcare. This role will be responsible for providing leadership, expertise, structure and resources model to provide best in class analytics support to drive quality and productivity improvement strategic initiatives across DPS and then help roll out across GE Healthcare.

The role will report to the VP, Global and Strategic Alliances and be responsible to create strong working relationship & influence across product management, engineering and other functional groups to execute the strategy within GE DPS and across GE Healthcare businesses.

Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Lead, organize and drive execution within the Global Cloud Acceleration Initiative

  • Have strong financial responsibility and accountability. Also, must have strong operational discipline, driving world class operations strategy to drive efficiency

  • Track, analyze, report on and optimize operations metrics for Cloud Acceleration products and solutions

  • Create systems, processes, and tools to support the growth of the organization software business, providing a seamless, effortless experience across product management teams, P&Ls, partners, and customers driving efficiency within organization

  • Identify areas for improvement Alliances and Cloud Acceleration Initiative, develop initiatives to address these areas, and lead the team in executing and optimizing these initiatives swiftly and effectively cross functionally

  • Develop and improve operations best practices and develop blueprint that reflect our commitment to achieving the highest standard of quality while delivering with speed, and use these materials to train all levels effectively

  • Lead the team in communicating effectively with teams internally within DPS and across GEHC and addressing issues rapidly and fully, either through direct action or by pulling in other relevant parties and seeing problems through to their full resolution

  • Provide thoughtful leadership, strategic insight and clear communication (both written and verbal) to the team

  • Have dotted line / cross functional management of other leaders across functional teams will be common to realize the vision and strategy

  • Will engage executive at all level to present vision/strategy, understand the needs/trend, influence the decisions and build trust & relationship

  • 25% the time to travel within US and globally

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in technical or business discipline

  • 10+ years of experience in technology or healthcare technology industry

  • 7+ years of experience in working with technology alliances in technical, program management of joint go to market function.

  • 5+ years of experience in Product Management or Alliances or Strategy functions

  • 5+ years of experience in technical & product facing roles with proven track record

  • 5+ years of strong people management, direct or matrix, in hiring, mentoring and enabling teams to achieve goals

The salary range for this position is $160-190k. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education, and the work location.
