Job Description Summary
Responsible for selling GE Healthcare LCS products and services in the North London Territory.
New account development and expanding existing accounts within the territory
Developing strong relationships & customer intimacy with all key stakeholders in the territory accounts
Achievement of the Quarterly Operating Plan in terms of financial performance and qualitative objectives (market share gains etc.).
Complete ownership & accountability for territory administration including forecasting, reporting, funnel management and tender & all commercial submissions.

Roles and Responsibilities
Proactively find all opportunities in region and create customer compelling events and commercial solutions to close projects and drive growth, meeting customer & GE requirements.
Ownership of sales OP – achieve annual & quarterly sales & product mix OP & qualitative objectives (market share gains etc.)
Develop, implement & manage strategic & tactical plans for the territory & individual accounts to drive customer satisfaction and orders & sales growth. Maintain/grow target accounts with penetration strategy for competitor IB.
Ownership of complete sales process, lead generation to revenue recognition. To include complete tender management (quotations, executive summaries)
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent knowledge/experience
Significant experience of strategic sales in healthcare (especially Capital Sales)
Excellent commercial and business acumen
Proven track record in sales hitting targets year on year and developing new accounts

Ability to manage complex deals and forge lasting collaborative relationships with a wide variety of stakeholders.
