Job Description Summary

Responsible for selling GE Healthcare LCS products and services in the North London Territory.

New account development and expanding existing accounts within the territory

Developing strong relationships & customer intimacy with all key stakeholders in the territory accounts

Achievement of the Quarterly Operating Plan in terms of financial performance and qualitative objectives (market share gains etc.).

Complete ownership & accountability for territory administration including forecasting, reporting, funnel management and tender & all commercial submissions.

Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Proactively find all opportunities in region and create customer compelling events and commercial solutions to close projects and drive growth, meeting customer & GE requirements.

  • Ownership of sales OP – achieve annual & quarterly sales & product mix OP & qualitative objectives (market share gains etc.)

  • Develop, implement & manage strategic & tactical plans for the territory & individual accounts to drive customer satisfaction and orders & sales growth. Maintain/grow target accounts with penetration strategy for competitor IB.

  • Ownership of complete sales process, lead generation to revenue recognition. To include complete tender management (quotations, executive summaries)

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent knowledge/experience

  • Significant experience of strategic sales in healthcare (especially Capital Sales)

  • Excellent commercial and business acumen

  • Proven track record in sales hitting targets year on year and developing new accounts
