Role Summary:

Baker Hughes, a GE company has a vacancy for a Drilling & Completions Fluids Technical Sales Manager. The successful applicant will drive the growth & profitability for the business across the Region.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Working closely with Product Line Operations team

  • P&L awareness

  • Business development & front line sales

  • Develop a Sales strategy in line with the Region business plan

  • Understanding the Total Available Market (TAM) and competitor activity

  • Identification of Target Accounts for the Product Line

  • Interface with Region Management

  • Interface with the Product Centre

  • Interface with other Product Lines and cross Product Line opportunity development

  • Utilisation of BHGE systems and processes for sales and business development strategies

  • HSEQ in all you do

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Degree qualified preferred and/or demonstrable work experience to an equivalent level in oilfield services

  • Sales/marketing/operations experience in either the Drilling & Completions Fluids Product Line or similar experience in another product line

  • Knowledge of the North Sea & Europe market place and its key business drivers.

Desired Characteristics:

  • Ability to build excellent customer relationships

  • Demonstration of key leadership habits

  • Ownership of the Customer Relationship Management process and coaching and mentoring.
