Lead installation, maintenance, and repair of internal factory equipment. Supervise employees who perform maintenance and tool making in the facility. This position requires a strong foundation of machine troubleshooting and working with OEM to maintain equipment, reduce the down time of machines, and ensure the equipment runs and operates safely.
In addition you will :
Propose plans for preventive maintenance and corrective action on assigned machines
Assemble and lead project teams to address customer needs relative to machine modifications and / or preventive maintenance
Interface with machine OEM to troubleshoot and / or modify machines
Track projects in regards to cost, timing and any other significant criteria
Work cohesively with maintenance and the plant leadership team by effectively communicating machine / projects status
Participate in and provide support for LEAN manufacturing improvements
Provide support for the maintenance team in the following areas, budget planning, supervision, and maintenance process focal Qualifications/Requirements:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with a minimum of 4 years of experience in equipment maintenance)
Minimum of 3 years of experience in CNC equipment maintenance and troubleshooting CNC controls
Minimum of 3 years of experience with Doosan and Mori Seiki troubleshooting, repair and service
Minimum of 2 years of experience working with Fanuc controls
