Role Summary:

As our new Sr Director - Technical Product Management, you will be responsible for creating strong working

relationships with Healthcare Supply Chain, Finance, Services and Life Sciences functions. You will maintain the budgetary responsibility for Oracle ERP’s. Lead a diverse team of architects, business analysts and developers across global locations including US (Milwaukee), Poland and India.

Essential Responsibilities:

As a domain expert for Oracle ERP, you will engage internal customers at management and technical levels to develop/define/refine the Product strategy, influence Product direction and execute agreed upon strategy on time and within budget.

As the Sr Director - Technical Product Management, you will be accountable for driving successful delivery of software enhancements, upgrades, new software/solutions as required to Product, making recommendations on extending software solutions for our internal customers. You will also be responsible for the day to day operations of the ERP , and ensure the ERP system is kept up and running meeting internal Service Level Agreements (SLAs). You will also ensure that the Product is kept modern and resilient (hardware platform, software platform, DR/BCP strategy, etc.).

In this role, you will:

  • Be responsible for governance, execution and level 3 support for critical issues. You will be leading three main groups supporting ERP’s viz. Architecture, Development and Solution delivery. Lead and develop a dev/ops team who are technical and domain experts who will support Product.

  • Be responsible for Governance and processes to maximize the use of standard out of the box functionality and existing features.

  • Be responsible for Product performance with targets on availability (measured via various monitoring tools and product quality (measured by incidents and problems in ServiceNow).

  • Drive vision & strategy, roadmap and Product lifecycle .

  • Act as a forward thinker capable of thinking out of the box to solve business problems

  • Exhibit a high degree of Quality focus from a platform stability perspective.

  • Understand the 21 CFR Part 11 regulations as they apply to Computer systems validation from a packaged application perspective.

  • Provide business application architecture review, design & development for Product

  • Provide predictable service management to improve service to our end users of Product

  • Ensure Product compliance with regulatory, GE & GEHC Controls & audit support

  • Be a domain/business expert in Oracle ERP to guide teams, establish/refine Product management processes and build and mentor high performance team.

  • Work cross functionally across internal customers, analysts and senior management teams to formulate and execute the Product strategy.

  • Be responsible for an Oracle ERP that supports the GE Healthcare business (that has a typical revenue in the range of $14B USD per year).

  • Manage a budget. Must have strong financial acumen and accountability.

  • Report to the VP of Global Enterprise Applications and will be responsible to create strong working relationship & influence across GE Healthcare business and other stakeholders.

  • Manage and mentor junior level individual contributors as well as managers.

  • Balance multiple priorities for projects across CIO’s and Level 3 Support with a limited set of resources. Qualifications/Requirements: Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or in “STEM” Majors (Science, Technology,Engineering and Math) or equivalent work experience

  • A minimum of 15 years of technical experience along with established leadership credentials across product lines or equivalent work experience

  • GE Leadership Program Graduates will get credit towards relevant work experience, commensurate to the program they have completedEligibility Requirements:

  • Must be willing to work out of an office located in Wauwatosa, WI Desired Characteristics: Technical Expertise:

  • Experience with implementing Oracle EBS in different capacities

  • Good understanding of Supply chain management, Financials, Service and CRM functionalities in Oracle EBS.

  • Knowledge of Software Development Lifecycle process (SDLC)

  • Knowledge of Oracle products, specifically Oracle EBS ERP version 12+ and underlying database(s)

  • Extensive knowledge of operations processes including incident, problem and change management

  • Project management experience is a plus.

  • Should be able to use a pace layering approach to increase the return on investment in the existing ERP implementation.

  • Hands on expertise in implementation of Supply chain and/ or Financial modules in Oracle ERP.Business Acumen:
