Role Summary/Purpose

Will enable new commercial growth opportunities through simplification and optimization of several global processes at GE Healthcare. He/she will partner with CommEx, Product CEO’s, Product Simplification, Product Controllership and Regional/Product Marketing leaders, to drive data strategy in the next generation of Configure-Price-Quote (CPQ) platform, ensure maximum adoption & utilization through data robustness and cleanliness, and transform the way GEHC drives Sales Excellence globally.

Essential Responsibilities

• Partner with CommEx Program Managers (Configuration/Price/Quote) and SFDC platform architects to assess existing data quality across SFDC and Next-Gen CPQ with initial focus on Product Data, Product Classification, Product Descriptions, Security Model and Maintenance and usage in relationship with their source (Global Product Mart) and destination (Oracle & PeopleSoft ERP)

• Propose key improvements across Equipment and Service data and lead their implementation

• Drive multiple data optimization projects to achieve commercial objectives such as reporting, quote quality

• Support execution of the Product Modeling roadmap and processes throughout Next-Gen CPQ deployment by coordinating Regional team to use a pre-defined process and set of templates

• Partner with, and ensure strong interlock with Product Controllership and Product Simplification teams, to stay synced on evolving configuration management and governance processes

• Partner with Global IT team to drive creation and enhancement of tools supporting data & product maintenance

• Continue leading the data transition from multiple legacy systems to one common, global CPQ platform, including support in completion of all remaining deployments around the globe

• Ensure the frontline sales teams are kept at the forefront of all deliverables, to ensure an optimized and simplified experience for the global sales teams around the world.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Bachelors Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, IT or a related area

• Minimum of 5 years fulltime progressional experience, with a proven track record of performance

• Significant CRM specific experience with an emphasis on sales enablement for a large, multi-location sales force.

• Business project management and CRM implementation experience within a large corporate environment.

• Experience in using enterprise-wide requirements definition and management systems and methodologies required.

• Minimum of 3 years exposure to commercial sales & marketing processes

• Technical aptitude to work with IT teams to integrate existing systems.

• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills required, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, executives, managers, and subject matter experts.

• Demonstrated organizational and time management skills

• Strong sense of urgency with a demonstrated record of meeting commitments

• Strongly compliance driven

• Business travel required (up to 30%)

• Multiple years of GEHC experience preferred

• FMP, CAS, ECLP preferred

• Knowledge and experience of large complex sales and marketing processes
