Administration and Support
Location(s) Where Opening Is Available Hungary
Provide assistance to maintain project tracker scorecard. Gather information to update the status regularly.
Contribute in the preparation of monthly regulatory report.
Maintain tracker for regulatory related complaints and improvement initiatives.
Manage tracker for regulatory audits and audit findings in the EMEA region.
Provide help in general administration: archive compliance training plans and records (attendance sheets). Scan / archive regulatory certifications, etc.
Contribute to regulatory intelligency in the region. Collect information about local permits, rules, notified bodies, national authorities required for installation and commissioning, operation and maintenance of a power plant.
Have knowledge of Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
Confident communication level of spoken and written English language
French is optional
