General Electric Inventory Specialist (part-time) in Veresegyhaz, Hungary

Role Summary:

The Inventory Specialist will be responsible to support the Inventory Leader in inventory planning & forecast for the assigned business segment and set & maintain an operating reporting.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • The Inventory Specialist is responsible to support the Inventory Leader

  • Run and prepare inventory reports on weekly basis:

  • Weekly inventory reports on COE and cell level

  • Excess and obsolete report

  • MRB report

  • Inventory optimization, prepare reports for accurate inventory forecasting

  • Safety stock report

  • Early receipt report

  • Inventory entitlement

  • Develop new reports if needed

  • Close cooperation and communication with the sourcing team, active participation in inventory level and in incoming row material control

  • Close cooperation with the production work cells to continuously monitor the excess and obsolete materials. Set and follow up the corrective actions to reduce them

  • Continuous monitoring of NPI projects to avoid SMI creation

  • Support the „Dual Deplete” process, close cooperation and communication with the partner Power Plants, use other plants SMI materials and offer ours for usage

  • Support other ad-hoc supply chain projects Qualifications/Requirements:

  • University/Collage degree in Business or Engineering

  • Part time role (29 hours / week)

  • Fluent verbal & written English and Hungarian language knowledge

  • Excellent communication and analyzing skills

  • Ability to use personal computing applications (Excel, Word, PP)

  • Accuracy, preciseness Desired Characteristics:
