Role Summary/Purpose

Operation and project management in GE Grid Solutions Taiwan - Service unit and reporting to the region/ PL ATW operation. To manage all service contract for GE installed base and new installation, day to day service activity and consolidation of monthly report on Order & Sales. Project Management/Planning/Coordinating activities typically in the context of services project to fulfill a customer order, need according to financial/commercial parameters and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Essential Responsibilities

All activities related to the supervision, organization and execution of service business (including long term GIS maintenance projects, etc) with scoping, scheduling, cost & quality management. Responsible for project methodologies and standards to fulfill customer satisfaction and according to the financial and commercial plan of the contract.

Develops a year plan for its own department. Is involved in discussions with other functions and teams about improvement in processes, procedures and ways of working. Contributes to plan of larger unit. Communicates across direct organization. Presents to senior leaders (EB and SEB) in specific technical space and on cross functional teams on how technologies interconnect and contribute to overall strategy. Diverse clients in a region. Follows frameworks to get through the processes. There is room for negotiating and client specific conditions.


Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 10 years of experience in Services). Minimum of 5 additional years of experience in Electrical Power system project Management in particular on the High Voltage Services - Long Term GIS maintenance contracts.

Taiwan local Electrical Power Service experience with TPC or others Utilities, etc. is essential.
