Senior Consultant - Healthcare Partners
Location(s) Where Opening Is Available Sweden
The Senior Consultant works as part of a client delivery team to create and implement advisory or advisory and technology solutions to improve financial, operational, clinical or patient safety outcomes within different healthcare provider institutions. The Senior Consultant will personally lead and deliver pieces of the overall client engagement. The Senior Consultant will also work with sales and customer relations.
Lead a team on numerous complex and sometimes sensitive assignments, performing the role of Senior Consultant will play to your strengths in:
Leading team as well as working in a team to delivery successful client assignments that achieve and exceed clients’ expectations.
Independently collecting, validating, analyzing and synthesize data to support engagement objectives.
Planning and completing assigned work within the engagement with high quality on time and on budget.
Preparing and delivering succinct, clear and insightful executive-level presentations.
Proactively identifying client needs and assist in developing solutions.
Facilitating effective, cross-functional working sessions with clients and GE stakeholders.
Establishing credibility and developing relationships with clients in a health setting.
Serving as a professional representative of GE Healthcare in all public and client settings.
Participating in Knowledge Management activities as directed.
During your career you’ve gained experience and skills in a healthcare setting. You have consultancy skills. You have personally had a strong impact and are regarded as someone who gets matters organized and makes things happen. You have great communications skills and you are a true team player.
Master’s Degree and possibly a post-graduate degree.
Solid awareness and understanding of the Healthcare sector and major trends in the geography in which client projects are delivered.
Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
Strong written and oral communication skills.
Demonstrated business acumen and analytical skills.
Proficiency in Excel and Power Point.
Ability to travel at least 50% and stay away from home.
Language proficiency in English and Swedish.
Ability to create impactful client facing communications and presentations.
Solid leaderships skills.
Demonstrated data mining and analytical skills.
Demonstrated experience in Change Management tools.
