Role Summary/Purpose

The Senior Product Manager Digital HVDC & Controls will be responsible for the product strategy, product portfolio and ensure that GE’s solution is innovative and competitive. They will also play a key role in leveraging digital innovations for the future HVDC solution.

Essential Responsibilities

• Develop a Digital HVDC offering for asset management and operational improvement

• Build a controls architecture for the whole HVDC solution

• Produce a multi-generational product plan for HVDC Control system

• Portfolio management and evolution, set target cost and functionalities

• Lead product competitiveness projects

• Develop reference/baseline solution including project delivery

• Define NPI priorities in line with market needs, build NPI roadmap and monitor programs


• Successful development of Digital offering and controls reference solution in line with market needs

• Cost reduction of HVDC solution and margin improvement

• Time-to-market improvement in controls developments


·• Bachelor‘s degree, or equivalent, in Software Engineering and experience in real time software

• Significant amount of experience in a software business

• Proven experience in product management, product marketing or sales positions

• Fluency in English
