Role Summary/Purpose

You will operate in lock-step with regional and global product teams to delivers Infrastructure services across ASEAN. You will be responsible for obtaining a clear set of requirements from regional business partners to determine what can be delivered through global tools, forming project plans to meet the need, and lead execution of the project to enable the proposed solution. Your priority is seamless integration and alignment of perspectives from a broad set of stakeholders.

Essential Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

• Experience with vendor management (network products, telecommunication services, cloud technologies, operational support, and professional services) and with RFI/RFP creation

• Work with cross-functional teams to deliver features and products

• Prioritize continuously in accordance with the understanding and validation of customer problems and needs

• Collaborate with customers and understand behaviors

• Partner with the Service Owners to ensure service health

• Show increasing understanding of the technology stack and its impact on the customer

• Demonstrate ability to influence customers and product managers through persuasion and influencing

• Must be available during off hours to handle urgent issues that may arise

• Skilled in breaking down problems, documenting problem statements and estimating efforts

Qualifications/Requirements

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or in “STEM” Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math) or relevant experience

• A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in Infrastructure services

Eligibility Requirements: Singapore

• Legal authorization to work in Singapore is required. GE may agree to sponsor an individual for an employment visa now or in the future if there is a shortage of individuals with particular skills.

• Any offer of employment is conditioned upon the successful completion of a background investigation and drug screen

• Must be willing to work out of an office located in Benoi, Singapore

Desired Characteristics

Technical Expertise:

• Familiarity in Cisco, WAN/LAN, and general network architecture

• Operate videoconferencing technologies and equipment for executive presentations, live events and meetings

• Work with multiple departments to ensure maximum availability of IT, audio and video equipment

• Drive and deliver a customer service approach for client's support issues, using any and all communication options available to you

• Provide support / leadership for special projects

• Provide technical feedback as new issues surface
