Sr Finance Manager - Sales/Bid Support

Responsible to develop innovative solutions to deliver customer outcomes and drive growth while managing company risk/reward. Seasoned, senior level individual contributors and managers requiring in-depth understanding of their business or function and how their role integrates with others within their discipline. Role requires good understanding of clients, industry, function and commercial markets.
Supports conversion of active opportunities into orders against target and estimates. Provides pricing analytics and cost estimation support on active bids. Drive receivables turnover improvements (e.g. improving payment terms, supporting GE Capital Factoring penetration). Supports order acquisition by facilitating Letters of Credits, Bank Guarantees, etc. Has expertise within a field comprising of different approaches, methodologies, techniques and processes. Communicates solutions across own function with impact on other functions. Regularly advises management in the function and/or in the business. Leads sub-business or global/regional teams working on strategic functional initiatives.
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college. Minimum of 5 additional years of experience in Sales-Bid Support.
Strong oral and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal and leadership skills. Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems. Demonstrated ability to lead programs / projects. Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs. Established project management skills.
