Essential Responsibilities

  • Commercial base cost budget and planning session, lead rolling forecast, track result, and variance analysis. Produce Commercial productivity analysis.

  • Connect with DS HQ FP&A team and region FP&A for costing exercise, includes new HFM system launch, cost center mapping, reporting line alignment between product line and region.

  • Closing activities 1)cross business cost billings; 2) three legal entities C&B expense booking ; 3) post-closing accounts reconciliation

  • Play coordinator role in Sales VC payment process, includes order assignment of Order and Cov’t Order, connection with CoE team, issue log resolution and VC payout check

  • Monitor supply chain key performance indicator, OCPH, COQ etc., generate quarter consistent reports and coordinate operation review

  • Support variable cost analysis of PM and Service function in Shang Hai Trading Company.

  • Ad-hoc support in subsidy applications and stat. requirement.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Bachelor degree with 3+years of finance work experience

  • Demonstrated experience and understanding of accounting principle and controllership (US GAAP, PRC GAAP, SOX)

  • Excellent communication skills and be able to deliver message effectively verbally and writing

  • FP&A experience is surplus

  • Solid PC skill (SAP , PPT ,Excel)
