Role Summary/Purpose

Performance Services (under Power Generation Services in Energy Services) provides cutting edge technical solutions ("Valpak") for performance enhancement, life extension and reliability improvement in whole power plant including GT, ST, GEN and controls system.

Essential Responsibilities

  • Manage complex projects involving gas turbine / BOP / controls upgrades.

  • Lead the entire project team – parts, engineering, sourcing and field services.

  • Focal point to the customer for execution excellence.

  • Effectively manage customer communication and contract deliverables.

  • Manage project financials. (sales, operating margin and receivables)

  • Drive customer issue resolution.

  • Actively participate in quality initiatives to improve/simplify project execution.

  • Support valpak growth initiative and market intelligence in region.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Field expertise in gas turbine.

  • BA or MA in mechanical, electrical or controls engineering.

  • 5+ years project management experience leading diverse functions with global team.

  • Working knowledge in international trading and finance.
