Monitor service performance and results metrics and provide actionable insights to applicable stakeholders leveraging from data analytics.
Improve O&M services reliability & quality by identifying the underlying drivers of issues and provide actionable insights on a daily basis.
Extract insights and actionable recommendations from large volumes of data.
Identify new opportunities to improve processes.
Provide concise and clear data reporting to management for review and decision making.
Uses predictive modeling, statistics, Machine Learning, Data Mining, and other data analysis techniques to collect, explore, and extract actionable insights from structured and unstructured data.
Work with complex data from various sources.
Work cross-functionally to establish action plan and monitoring the service performance metrics.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders in field services, engineering and other support functions to drive performance improvement.
Actively engage in hands on development of action plan to address service business challenges.
Analyze, report, and present on findings and behavioral trends in service performance.
Data analysis skills under patterns identification.Support on tasks prioritization.
Support maintenance planning providing insights from data analysis.
Support advanced scheduling through rigorous operational data analysis.
Support inventory planning in various storage locations that support service operations through data analytics.
BS or above.
Strong data analysis skills.
Strong quantitative and analytical skills.
Creative problem solving skills.Data science skills.
Versed in analytics tools highly preferred.
Skilled in English.
Good interpersonal communication skills to work in global team.
Experience in O&M services.
Experience in wind energy.
Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and/or wind turbines field.
Green belt trained / certified (GE employees only).
