Role Summary/Purpose

The Inside Sales Specialist partners and maintains close relationships with client’s commercial teams to define, execute and nurture remote campaigns (non face to face), to generate business opportunities across different industries in the LatAm Region.

Essential Responsibilities

• Promote product and services via phone, email and other channels as required

• Conduct a minimum of 30 rated calls of prospecting activity on a daily basis

• Initiate, build and maintain relationships with prospects and current GE customers by providing information about products and services

• Start conversations with decision makers (“right persons”) to generate interest and detect demand on products and services offered

• Qualify opportunities and route according to business rules

• Handle customer’s and prospect’s requests and provide necessary support

• Register all relevant information captured during customer interactions in CRM tools

• Identify additional campaigns through close and constant communication with clients and business partners

• Understand and fulfill all regulations of the internal policies of the company


• University degree (completed or in process)

• Availability to work in Taubate SP

• 1+ years of previous customer service or sales experience

• Previous out-bound call experience

• Effective and professional verbal and written communication – both with internal and external customers

• Ability to work in a team or individually if required

• Proficient end-user desktop computing skills including MS Office and Outlook

• Excellent interpersonal skills

• Demonstrate professionalism and quality on all contact with prospects and clients
