ELS Product Manager – West Region
Client, Account and Affiliate Origination and Management
Location(s) Where Opening Is Available India
To drive ELS business in India through product and Sales team support.
Champion ELS / GoldSeal products growth in the region particularly in T3/T4 cities
Partner with sales, product and indirect channel team team in achieveiving revenue and margin targets
Provide technical, commercial product and demo support to sales team
Co-own responsibility of growth for value products and support both direct and dealer team.
Support development and execution of the strategic, marketing and sales plan for GoldSeal products in the region
-Market Knowledge: Understand market needs, identify and analyze segment market size & market share. Identify and address new market opportunities.
-Design value proposition for the segment, and provide training to sales team members on strategy and product offerings, including competitive assessment.
-Acts as a coach and trainer to the sales force on how to excel at selling GoldSeal solutions, win against competition particularly 3rd parties
Experience in frontline sales / sales support of MICT,MRI, DGS Products products.
·Experience in interfacing with internal team members, dealers and customers.
·Good tactical skills to synthesize complex issues and communicate into simple messages
·Willingness and ability to travel within specified geographic region
·Experience in working with matrix organizations
·Good communication skills and fluent in English, regional language
·Strong presentation skills
Matter of expertise in local Healthcare Legislation and regulations
Experience in managing sales channels of multiple products in Healthcare equipment sales and flow business sales
Direct and/ or indirect leadership experience
Exposure to business coaching within SME environment
MBA desirable, ability to analyze business models
