Role Summary:

The Lead Sales Specialist 2 - Sales and Proposal will provide customer facing staff who is responsible for winning business.

Essential Responsibilities:

As the Lead Sales Specialist 2 - Sales and Proposal, you will:

  • Formulate and executes proposal strategy and sales agreements

  • Formulate deal structure, pricing, proposal development

  • Assist in customer negotiations

  • Identify new opportunities with functional partners to develop new products and services for business growth

  • Utilize Lean Six Sigma methodologies to improve proposal process

  • Contribute to sales plan in a specific region. Defines sales strategy for targeted clients

  • Provide technical knowledge for product and systems, with some customization to client conditions

  • Cooperate with (technical) sales support to realize sales. Is leading a department with medium-sized estimated orders

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university or college (OR a high school diploma / GED with at least 4 years of experience in Sales)

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Sales and Proposal
