Role Summary/Purpose

As the Regional Operations Leader for Texas you will help drive consistency across their region. You will be responsible to support several key business initiatives as well as support and/or mentor new site managers within their region.

Essential Responsibilities

As the Regional Operations Leader for Texas, you will:

  • Be a member of the Operational Excellence Group (EHS / Operations / Quality) responsible for sharing best practices throughout the North American Service Region

  • Be responsible to identify and eliminate waste via 5S and Kaizen projects among service sites in your region

  • Work to assist in the deployment of GE Digital Tools to various service sites

  • Support field sites in solving complex problems

  • Be involved in discussions with other functions and teams about improvement in processes, procedures and ways of working

  • Work on cross functional and diverse teams to identify and solve the businesses Big Y’s as related to continuous improvement

  • Assist in both Pre and Post Quality and Safety Audits

  • Present to senior leaders (Executive Band and Senior Executive Band) in specific technical space and on cross functional teams

  • Help drive consistency across the entire North America region via uniform methods, processes new initiatives, and best practices

  • Support and mentor new site managers

  • Assist sites during the startup process to ensure long term success

  • Ability to support new unit (Pre-COD) construction sites as required


  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university or college (OR a High School Diploma / GED with at least 4 years of experience in services)

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations


  • Ability and willingness to travel 75% within region as required
