Primary Focus for a Staff Software Agile Leader is creating stable software development system:
Coaching teams on consistent and effective execution of Scrum Practices.
Enforcing Agile values and practices at the Scrum team level.
Ensuring the Scrum team is fully functional, productive, and focused on delivery high quality software.
In this role, you will:
Manage the full lifecycle of agile application development projects including scope definition, status reporting, and managing risks.
Coach all the principle roles of Scrum: Product Owner, Team and Scrum Master.
Coach special roles such as Business Analysts and Software Development Managers.
Coach teams on effective meeting facilitation: creating agendas, driving to desired outcomes, root cause analysis.
Coach teams on Lean principles through the effective use of Kanban principles such as flow and Work in Process limits.
Assist Scrum teams with daily stand-up, Sprint planning, and demo/retrospective meetings.
Lead team adherence to tool usage for processes like work item decomposition, agile estimation, requirements documentation, metrics and reporting.
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or in “STEM” Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math)
3+ years experience with Agile
A minimum of 8 years of professional experience as a Project Manager/Scrum Master OR Master’s degree with 6 years of experience in as a Project Manager/Scrum Master
Strong knowledge of Scrum principles how to apply them to build long-lived durable teams.

Strong understanding of SDLC processes, agile development methodology
Breaks down problems & maps to different problem groups or domains.
Identifies potential problem domains.
Conducts root cause analysis for a given problem.
Understands vertical value stream related to a problem and breaks it down into smaller problems.
Regularly chooses technologies at both the application and enterprise level based on breadth and depth of experience and education at all levels of the SDLC
Extends persistence design to accommodate specific requirements
Solves technical challenges through regular application of common design patterns (e.g., Gang of Four, Singleton)
Strong problem solving abilities and capable of articulating specific technical topics or assignments
Experience in building scalable and highly available distributed systems
Expert in breaking down problems and estimate time for development tasks
Evangelizes how our technology solves customer problems from a technology and business perspective
Demonstrates clarity of thinking to work through limited information and vague problem definitions
Influences through others; builds direct and "behind the scenes" support for ideas
Proactively identifies and removes project obstacles or barriers on behalf of the team
Shares knowledge, power, and credit, establishing trust, credibility, and goodwill
Able to work under minimal supervision
Excellent communication skills and the ability to interface with senior leadership with confidence and clarity
