Role Summary/Purpose

Lead tender and sourcing specialist that sit within the well access sourcing team provide sourcing support into the well access product lines, responsible for setting up and managing strategic partnerships that support growth of the product lines. This role will be based in either Nailsea or Aberdeen.

Essential Responsibilities

Key responsibilities:

  • Subcontract management of major orders within Intervention projects

  • Managing orders from RFQ stage through to completion, including negotiation of terms and conditions, budget and schedule

  • Support into ITO tenders to ensure we have the best cost effective solution with the supply chain to be successful in securing projects

  • Sourcing execution support into requisition projects and NPI programs


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Manufacturing, Supply Chain or Engineering from an accredited college or university or equivalent knowledge and experience

  • Proven years of experience in sourcing
