General Electric Bank Relations Analyst in Monterrey, Mexico

Role Summary:

The Senior Analyst, Product Support will be responsible for daily product support items including Balance Reporting and Funds Transfer issues, Product-related issues or usability questions, product development testing, etc. This individual will support product management initiatives which include technology upgrades and business process projects.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Identification and resolution of TMS-related issues.

  • Act as primary point of contact for Business and Treasury stakeholders.

  • Support for Treasury initiatives (i.e. TSA support, SWIFT and bank connectivity projects, etc.)

  • Support Acquisitions/Divestitures and Business restructuring activities.

  • Support disaster recovery and BCP-related activities and communications.

  • Work with IT and Business stakeholders to address product-related issues.

  • Provide cross-functional support for Cash Management, Accounting, and Finance processes.

  • Work with banks/counterparties and 3rd party vendors.


  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Computer Science.

  • A minimum of 4 years of business experience in corporate treasury, information systems, product or banking.

  • Experience working with cash, banking or treasury systems.

  • Proficiency with SQL.

  • Prior experience with treasury management and accounting systems/applications, particularly Wallstreet Systems Suite product.

  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills.

  • Strong customer service and communication skills.

  • Strong organizational skills – ability to effectively manage multiple tasks simultaneously in fast-paced environment.

  • Adaptable/flexible: open to change in response to new information, different or unexpected circumstances. Able to work in ambiguous situations.

  • Experience in a matrix and global environment preferred.

  • Experience working at a Corporate in their treasury or systems team.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to interact cross functionally.
