ESP Senior Sales Manager

The Senior Sales Manager demonstrates accountability for functional, business, and broad company objectives. In this role you will integrate and develop processes that meet business needs across the organization, manage complex issues within functional area of expertise, be involved in long-term planning, and contribute to the overall business strategy.
In the role of Senior Sales Manager you will:
Be responsible for obtaining orders and sales by driving and implementing sales strategy
Lead team to identify opportunities to drive volume growth in all segments of the businessfunction
Work with customers to determine appropriate product / service solutions
Cultivate long-term relationships at all levels of customer organizations and within GE
Contribute to defining and implementing marketing and commercial strategies to increaseorders volume and profitability
Actively participate in Demand to Inquiry (DTI) process, establishing a systematic businessscouting program with the purpose of identifying existing and new market opportunities
Leverage cross-functional and cross business resources in order to maximize marketpenetration
Identify new market opportunities and cross-selling GE products
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university (OR a High School Diploma / GED from an accredited school or institution and a minimum 9 years of experience in a sales or sales support role)
Minimum 5 years of experience in a sales or sales support role
Additional Eligibility Qualifications

Experience in customer logistics, sales, or support operations preferred
Local customer base and market experience
Knowledge of GE Artificial Lift ESP product line and services and general oilfield services and functions
Ability to effectively interface with all levels of internal
