Sr Sales Manager 2 - Sales
Location(s) Where Opening Is Available Mexico
Customer facing staff responsible for winning business.
Within a geographic area responsible for selling product(s), services, parts, solutions, or projects.
Develops vision a important market on the level of a product line with a long term perspective.
Leads business development planning processes for this market.
Complex products and systems requiring technical knowledge and knowledge of the environment where the products or systems will be used.
Products and systems are client specific and require customization.
Coordinates sales teams involving engineering, legal, risk, finance etc.
Department is involved in medium-large sales.
Own and deliver financial performance (orders, sales & margin) for public utilities accounts and distributor indirect sales in the transmission & distribution segment
Identify potential end customers, EPC’s and channels in primary territory of Mexico, Central America & Caribbean
Oversee the creation of proposals and pricing elements primarily for turnkey projects associated with high voltage equipment
Review and analyze data for sales forecast, reporting / tracking metrics towards operating plans and maintaining a healthy pipeline
Develop and manage relationships with end customers, EPC’s and channels
Drive a joint sales planning process with multiple product lines in a matrix organization
Lead resolution development efforts to best address end-customer needs
Assist in marketing activities such as tradeshows and other promotional activities
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college.
Minimum of 5 additional years of experience in Sales Origination.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems.
Demonstrated ability to lead programs / projects.
Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.
Established project management skills.
Fluent in English
