Role Summary/Purpose

The Specialist serves as key service delivery expert for audio visual services. Perform day-to-day audio visual (AV) functions, including scheduling, end-user coordination / training, troubleshooting

Essential Responsibilities

• Operate videoconferencing technologies and equipment for executive presentations, tradeshows, live events and meetings

• Work with multiple departments to ensure maximum availability of audio and video equipment

• Maintain Prysm tiles in customer experience centers along with other equipment

• Anticipate, identify and resolve problems

• Drive and deliver a customer service approach for corporate client's support issues, using all communication options available to you

• Establish working relationships with customers and vendors to enhance support

• Must be available during off hours to handle urgent issues that may arise

• Participate in the training and education of new team members

• Provide support / leadership for special projects

• Provide technical feedback as new issues surface

Qualifications/Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Management or other technical / IT field OR (a Minimum 5 years of relevant IT work experience)

• Minimum 2 years of experience in applying various technical solutions

• Minimum 3 years of experience working in an audio-visual support role
