Essential Responsibilities

  • Manages and drives large and/or complex power plant projects through all phases of design, procurement and construction

  • Drives the target to achieve the required synergies in the region

  • Supervises the allocated projects in the Asia region and ensures delivery on time and budget as well as achievement of other goals & objectives set by management

  • Demonstrate strategic and tactical knowledge to deliver excellence and drive continuous improvement and compliance

  • Build a diverse, high performing, collaborative team with a common vision who consistently delivers results

  • Work collaboratively inside and outside GE, to identify and leverage best practices from other businesses, acquisitions, partners and customers.

  • Exceed customer expectations, enhance customer relationships and assure business credibility and differentiation with employees, customers and other stakeholders

  • Anticipate business cycle growth and impact while aligning and managing resources for continued success

  • Mentor employees helping them to meet their career potential, develop a high performing team and ensure retention of key talent


• Fluent in English

• Degree from an accredited university or college

• Minimum of 15 years of project execution experience on large technology driven infrastructure projects, with at least 7 of which must be in a senior leadership position, with exposure to a projects environment

• Extensive experience in negotiation of complex contracts and sound commercial understanding of project feasibilities, market differentiators and the power business generally
