Role Summary/Purpose

Providing financial analysis to the Regional Managers and different regions regarding Commissioning and Overhaul and Repair (OH&R).

We are looking for an Operations Finance Analyst (m/f).

Essential Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for global Profit &Loss of Commissioning and OH&R product lines and related balance sheet accounts

  • Provide leadership team with visibility to their profitability and key financial metrics with insight and engagement from the OTR and operational teams

  • Perform accounting tasks and account reconciliation as part of the monthly/quarterly closing

  • Project margin review and country margin analysis on Commissioning and OH&R product lines

  • Prepare comprehensive business/ financial forecast, reports and analysis (operating plans, blue prints)

  • Identify opportunity areas where special analysis may help improve financial decisions

  • Assist leadership in meeting all financial commitments and goals

  • Closely connected to Fulfillment organization

  • Maintaining contact with the different accounting teams

  • Support of Finance and Business ad hoc analysis / projects

  • Provide financial expertise and support internal and external audit requests

Qualifications/Requirements

Bachelor or Master degree in Finance/Business Administration or equivalent

  • Significant progressive finance experience, preferable in a complex environment

  • Flexibility in peak periods

  • Ambitious, pro-active, positive attitude and team player

  • Fluently in English

According to Austrian law job postings need to include the minimum salary for a position. For this position the minimum salary based on the collective agreement is EURO 3.099,99 gross monthly. Please note that this is the very minimum salary and will most likely be higher. The effective salary is based on the candidate’s Qualification and Experience and will be negotiated accordingly.
