Essential Responsibilities

The Customer Intelligence team supports Distributed Power’s success by gathering and analyzing customer feedback, by driving improvements in the whole organization and ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.

The successful candidate will have a feeling for customer focus and will be enthusiastic about offering creative solutions to everyday challenges. He/She will contribute to execute business objectives, and have the opportunity to grow as part of a bigger team. This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience working in a global organization & environment. The intern assignment is scheduled for at least 6 months.

  • Analysis and reporting of customer feedback

  • Maintain and improve Customer Intelligence tools

  • Organize round table sessions with visiting customers

  • Help execute Customer Intelligence initiatives

  • Administrative and operational support

Qualifications/Requirements

  • University placement (business or commercial oriented studies preferred)

  • Strong analytical skills

  • Self-starter and ability to multi task

  • Proficient computer skills (Excel and PowerPoint a must, Access desired)

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (interact with different cultures and time zones)

  • Team player with ambition to grow in an international company

  • Attention to detail and willingness to achieve challenging deadlines

  • Fluent in English and German. Other languages would be an advantage

  • Unrestricted authorization to work in Austria

According to Austrian law job postings need to include the minimum salary for a position. For this position the minimum salary based on the collective agreement is EURO 1.917,18 gross monthly. Please note that this is the very minimum salary and will most likely be higher. The effective salary is based on the candidate’s Qualification and Experience and will be negotiated accordingly.
