Role Summary/Purpose

This role will be responsible for leading and supporting the development of data as a service offering to support Sales and Commercial excellence with a focus on better customer delivery and regional margin outcomes. The ability to lead programs, execute plans, work independently, work in a team, and problem solving are key requirements.

Essential Responsibilities

In addition, you will:

Run the weekly QMI and compile the regional growth tracker for weekly QMIs with the HQ

Drive regional target and sales process optimization, Measure sales effectiveness / productivity as a result of sales process improvements, systems and tools and support in the continuous process improvement

Define and drive a process for accurate and timely win-loss analysis

Support leadership team on creating content for HQ reviews and regional OP, SII and BPR. Business planning session and support the development of short and long-range financial and business plans

Lead and work with multiple product lines sales and commercial leaders to design, develop and improve tools and methodologies to forecast sales, manage pipeline, and track leads and processes that drive overall sales and commercial effectiveness across P&L’s

Develop and sustain processes to sustain completeness and accuracy of system of records e.g. GIB, IBAS etc.

Drive outage QMI process to support sales growth pipeline for services


Bachelor's Degree from an accredited College or University

Minimum 5 years of experience in Financial planning and operations

Desired Characteristics
