Role Summary/Purpose

The Wireline Service Excellence Leader demonstrates accountability for functional, business, and broad company objectives and is responsible for leading change and driving culture. In this role you will integrate and develop processes that meet business needs across the organization, manage complex issues within functional areas of expertise, be involved in long-term planning, and contribute to the overall business strategy.

Essential Responsibilities

In the role of Wireline Service Excellence Leader you will:

  • Drive compliance culture, leading with Wireline industry environment, health safety and quality regulations. Standards and best practice

  • Act as the key local individual to tie technology, people, process and market needs, converting business opportunities

  • Be responsible to ensure standardization on processes, training, and technology are implemented / followed for the Regions operations

  • Support business in developing content and executing training and selecting vendors and technology

  • Support business to recruit, train and develop resources to sustain continuous growth and market leader position

  • Support region in developing strategic plans and business cases

  • Track, report and develop corrective actions around key service metrics (efficiency, reliability, capability, capacity and utilization)

  • Inspire and communicate with all levels in the business chain

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Wireline Field Services

Eligibility Requirements:

  • Ability and willingness to travel within assigned region

Additional Eligibility Qualifications

  • Education or extensive field experience in Wireline with a minimum of 10 years of professional experience

  • Field experience

  • Able to provide Wireline trainings

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering is preferred

  • Six sigma training is preferred (GE employees only)
