Global Key Account Manager – Industrial Segment

The Global Key Account Manager will maintain and expand relationships with strategically important industrial customers for GE’s Distributed Power Business. The Manager will need to define a global account strategy and manage a portfolio of accounts through regional sales teams. The Global Key Account Manager is responsible for managing all commercial interactions with these accounts and will be responsible for achieving a service and sales operating plan for each account.
The Global Key Account Manager will represent DP’s reciprocating engine product lines, while also holistically representing GE through the GE Store.
As the Global Key Account Manager - Industrial Segment, you will:
Establish a network of global accounts and manage the accounts through a network of regional sales and service managers
Establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts
Coordinate the involvement of company personnel (functions), including engineering, product management, sales, service, and management resources, in order to meet account performance objectives and customers’ expectations
Meet assigned targets for Orders, Sales, Cash, and Margin, as well as strategic account objectives
Proactively leads a joint company-strategic account planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical miles stones through SI / SII planning cycles
Develop key account strategies for end users in the region, develop influencer maps, own relationships, identify share of wallet and set targets, monitor account progress and provide constant feedback to factory for corrective action plans if necessary
Lead any account driven tenders, proposal, through the preparation, submission, tracking, booking and closing of quotations and proposals
Be responsible for all DP customer growth, satisfaction (NPS), for all assigned accounts
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Management
Minimum of 5 years of experience in reciprocating engines
Minimum of 5 years of experience in industry related sales or marketing
Minimum of 2 years of experience with CHP applications and CTQs ( Critical to Quality)

Strong knowledge of the Industrial Power Generation segment
Matter of expertise in Energy or Industrial segments
Ability to energize, develop and build rapport in matrix organization
Proven coordination and influencing skills in a global environment
High ethics and integrity
Fluency in English
