The ESP/SPS/Logging Financial Analyst position based in Houston Texas is a key role within ESP/SPS and Logging Services organization, driving operational & financial stewardship for equipment & services activities. This role is responsible to provide full financials for $450M of revenue, driving operational KPI’s while partnering with the operational team to drive robust operational rhythms across different profit centers.
In the role of Financial Analyst ESP / SPS / Logging you will:
Work together with the ESP / SPS / LS Senior Finance Manager, lead finance effort to develop estimates, operating plans, forecasts, reviews, reports and establish financial policies and procedures
Under minimal supervision, manage all aspects of the product line financial performance including pricing, services performance, supply chain, and sourcing strategies
Provide support to the quarterly closing activities controlling functional costs, cash disbursement and headcount. Review expenses to reconcile with forecast / budget
Serve as a business partner to the operating team to drive business initiatives, to achieve year-over-year growth, and profitability through analysis of key metrics
Drive operating performance and cost optimization, inventory accuracy & utilization
Develop, implement and optimize operational KPIs and financial reporting, leading process improvements and standardization for the business
Possess experience and expertise to work challenges across organizational boundaries
Possess leadership in communicating business goals / processes across business segments
Actively support & engage on tactical initiatives
Collaborate with regional teams to drive organic growth and new footprint expansion as needed
Drive a culture of Risk control and Cost management
Drive controllership of inventory and assets. Support annual physical inventory and assets audits as required
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university (OR High School Diploma / GED from an accredited school or institution with a minimum 7 years of experience in FP&A Operations)
Minimum 3 years of experience in FP&A Operations

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance or Accounting from an accredited college or university
CAS / FMP graduate preferred
Minimum 5 years of experience within an industrial business, preferably in an operational role
Requires strong operational knowledge, communication & interpersonal skills
Business & industry OFS experience a plus
Significant interaction across functional / regional / P&L lines within the business
Strong analytical, project management, and organizational skills
Experience in SAP is a must
PC proficiency, strong in Microsoft Excel and Access
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
Strong oral and written communication skills
