Role Summary/Purpose

Facilities engineering project role associated with the manufacturing process. Position requires understanding of a concepts, methods and procedures (technical Bachelor’s Degree).

Essential Responsibilities

In addition you will :

  • Organize and lead projects related to Hooksett facilities, new equipment installation, lay-out, renovations and optimization

  • Includes Advanced Manufacturing Engineers, New product introduction (NPI) and NPI Manufacturing Engineers

  • Expected to resolve problems through the application of acquired expertise guided by precedent

  • Works together with people from maintenance, contractors and across the Hooksett site

  • Projects are under guidance and geared towards specifying activities, planning of activities and giving explanations on technical issues

  • Communicates with direct team and supervisor

  • Presents to internal teams on metrics and project status

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Technical Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with a minimum of 4 years of experience in Manufacturing Project Management / Leadership)

  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills

  • Ability to work independently

  • Electrical Engineering Degree, knowledge of CNC equipment and controls
