The Current, powered by GE, Pilot Project Manager is a critical role to build the Current 2.0 business model and validate the business value proposition with our customers. This role is responsible for managing wing-to-wing execution of several key customer pilots. The Project Manager will need to align multiple functions to enable success across the Pilot program.
Key Responsibilities Include :
Own project management of key customer pilots by driving effective wing-to-wing AllSites / Digital pilot implementations & successfully delivering customer outcomes
Drive pilot success to help business achieve goal of 10 committed pilot customers, of which 5 would scale to deliver $10MM of orders
Define necessary process steps that enable seamless project management for new customer outcomes
Ensure overall learnings from pilots are captured, synthesized and communicated with customer success team to enable iterative improvement across business
Work with cross-functional teams, including :
Software & Application Engineering
Hardware & AllSites Installation
Edge & Cloud Configuration
and Customer Service
Apply entrepreneurial principles to ensure fast cross-functional decision making and proactive communication
Deliver customer references & communicate learnings across business
Work with existing Project Management organization to share and learn best practices
PLEASE NOTE : Work location listed is Boston, MA. However, the Cleveland, OH or San Ramon, CA locations may also be considered for this position Qualifications/Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing or related discipline from an accredited University or College
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Project Management (Including experience with Processes, Field Services, Finance, Data Analytics / Science and /or Digital Product Management) ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENT :
