Role Summary:

The Lead Services Project Manager demonstrates leadership in communicating business goals, programs, and processes for an area, business segment, or customer project. In this role you will utilize your experience or expertise to solve problems, develop and execute objectives for the project, and have the ability to effect short-term and some long-term business goals.

Essential Responsibilities:

As the Lad Services Project Manager, you will:

  • Outline and communicate progress, status, and issues to the customer / organization

  • Provide the technical skills and leadership to organize, plan, and implement detail work scopes with schedules and planned expenditures for key customer projects

  • Provide team building, technical leadership, and direction to the customer, project, and alliances, as well as all contributing resources

  • Develop, implement, and maintain operating plans for each assigned program or customer

  • Provide direction and leadership to interfacing organizations in the initiation and implementation of programs

  • Assure periodic program reviews are conducted with customer(s)

  • Monitor the customer for feedback and insure resources are applied to program to meet commitments

  • Provide for the most efficient use of company assets in pursuit of corrective actions or improvements

  • Provide direction / training for all customer interfaces for specific application, including performance, work scope, cost, and forecast

  • Take a leadership role in the definition of elements and recommendations supporting the overall best interest of both the customer and the company

  • Assure customer satisfaction is maintained through timely and accurate responses to customer issues

  • Effectively communicate and influence other programs with their interactions and relationships to insure proper resources are applied

  • Ability to travel as required

  • Perform collateral duties as assigned to meet business needs as they relate to EHS, Quality, Integrity, etc.

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university or college (OR a High School Diploma / GED with a minimum of 4 years of experience in a project management or leadership support role)

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Telecom / Energy industry
