Essential Responsibilities

  • Partner with other functions to identify continuous process improvement initiatives to improve safety, quality, output, lead time and productivity

  • Manage and ensure successful project deployment and completion

  • Consult manufacturing operation team and deploy new manufacturing technology and automation solution to drive improvement on safety, quality and manufacturing output

  • Work on details and facilitate manufacturing engineering and production team on lean tools, visual management, standard work, material flow and layout improvement

  • Involve in early state of NPI projects for the right layout and flow preparation

  • Track and trend capacity for critical machine and facilitates team on observation and improvement opportunities

  • Enhance and maintain continuous improvement culture within assigned areas

  • Provide training on lean and six sigma tools to functional team as needed

  • Leverage best practices in the industry to assigned areas

  • Other tasks assigned by direct manager based on business’s priorities


  • Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Industrial, Operations, or related Engineering fields

  • Hands-on experience using Lean and Six Sigma tools: 3P, 7 WAYS, SMED, TPS, Process Capacity, etc.

  • Strong communication in English and Vietnamese

  • Strong influential skills to oversee, direct and motivate project team, and other functional personnel as needed

  • Certified Six Sigma Green Belt/Black Belt is preferred
