General Electric Indirect Sales Specialist in Guangzhou, China

Responsible for all the GEHC Life Sciences product and performance management related to dealer channel in a specific geography or territory. Individuals are responsible for identifying and pursuing their own dealer, dealer funnel management, new face dealer development, and teamwork with regional sales team to meet defined market share and dealer’s quota targets.
•Responsible for dealer strategy planning, forecasting and achievement of objectives.
•Establish and monitor standards for dealer performance within territories concerned.
•Teamwork with legal & compliance team, in accordance with company standard audit dealer entry into or termination.
•Monitor direct and indirect sales pricing in market.
•Maintain and develop relationships with dealers.
•Own dealer funnel management, dealer development and dealer performance review.
•Search for new dealer in territory or geography, build up dealer talent poor in territory or geography.
•Using CRM tools to monitor dealer’s completing territory coverage, penetration and win/loss rate. Maintain dealer input data’s quality.
•Develop and maintain a high level of product knowledge of GE Healthcare life science product and competitive products.
•Teamwork with regional sales team to achieve annual dealer sales targets.
•Ensures knowledge of and compliance with Company policies and quality processes.
•Proficiency in Strategic Selling principles and tools
•Min 3 years work experience in Life Sciences related industry
•GE Centricity experience/knowledge
•Self starter and independent thinker, with the aptitude to work autonomously
•Robust interpersonal skills, with evidence of teamwork and collaboration
•Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with customers at all levels
•Solid process orientation, demonstrated resource management and allocation experience, and the ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously
Education - university level degree in Life Sciences related discipline, and possibly MBA or PhD level, plus experience selling in the Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical or R&D markets
Advanced background/training in and understanding of GE Healthcare products
