Territory Manager (Wellheads) - GE Oil & Gas

The Territory Manager for Grande Prairie is responsible for leading and strategically growing the business, team and branch with a focus on safety and environmental stewardship, nurturing customer relationships, flawless execution, margin contribution and driving process effectiveness.
•Manage safety, regulatory & environmental requirements of the Grande Prairie team, while driving compliance with EHS policies and practices.
•Manage Field Service Technician resource execution to ensure customer and business needs and performance metrics are met. Ensure resources meet customer commitments region objectives.
•Provide leadership to ensure business financial goals are met by managing FST utilization, hourly cost, and other metrics.
•Hire, manage, and ensure proper training, development, and career coaching for all FSTs.
•Provide support for coordination of FST mobilizations to customer sites.
•Manage the rental fleet with plans, utilization and development of marketing with Sales.
•Assist in the management / development of customer relationships that keep and / or make GE Oil & Gas the service provider of choice.
•Provide input to quality, standardization, and company initiatives for the improvement of the installation and field service process.
•Support the identification of Customer issues and resolution of CCR’s. Qualifications/Requirements
•Minimum of 5 years of experience in a services or manufacturing leadership position
•Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Energy/Oil & Gas industry in fields of customer service, engineering, and/ or project management.
•5 years of experience in surface wellhead systems or drilling services.
•Motivated high performing project manager or senior field service representative looking to grow their career with more operational responsibility.
•Experience with FRAC/pumping completion activities, drilling and completions plus pad drilling practices.
•Strong team leadership, team building and facilitation skills.
•Established communication, reporting, and organization capabilities.
