Role Summary:

HR support for client group Leaders, Managers and Employees on organizational and employee matters, as well as coaching, HR process expertise and other general HR activities. Individuals in this category act as the HR Manager of record for a client group. Positions requiring understanding of concepts, methods, procedures and approaches.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Individuals who are responsible for both Business Partnership and Employee Resource Management, providing the full range of HR support from organizational to individual and administrative.

  • Elaborates proposals for improvement in approaches, methods, procedures and processes in the own field.

  • Communication with direct colleagues and the business about design and coordination services rendered.

  • Recruitment, Hiring and internal promotion administration for Union people.

  • Head count, Absenteeism and Attrition metrics management

  • Human Resources vendors administration (Transportation, Cafeteria)

  • Contributes to project as a team member.

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 4 years of experience in Human Resources).

  • Experience in Payroll and Benefits administration

  • Labor law knowledge
