Role Summary:

The Mechanical COE Engineering Leader will lead a team responsible for the design and lifecycle of Oilfield Equipment Drilling products inclusive of Annular and Ram Blow Out Preventers, Connectors, Diverters, Max Lift Pump and Riser Systems. In this role you will integrate and develop processes that meet business needs across the organization, manage complex issues within functional area(s) of expertise, be involved in long-term planning and contribute to the overall business strategy.

Essential Responsibilities:

In the role of Mechanical COE Engineering Leader you will:

  • Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering from an accredited college or university

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in an engineering management role

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in program or project leadership role within an engineering environment Desired Characteristics:

  • Master's degree in Engineering or Business Administration from an accredited college or university

  • Oil & Gas Industry Engineering Experience

  • Strong leadership, process and facilitation skills
