Lean Six Sigma

The Black Belt will demonstrate accountability for functional, business, and broad company objectives. In this role, you will integrate and develop processes that meet business needs across the organization, manage complex issues within functional areas of expertise, be involved in long-term planning, and contribute to the overall business strategy
In addition, you will :
Work with operating leaders and teams at 10 Composite sites to develop a future state vision for each flow line along with strategic action plans to realize the site vision using the Lean Six Sigma tool kit
Provide leadership and direction to cross-functional teams empowered to execute the Lean Six Sigma strategy and tools to improve process capability, eliminate defects, reduce cycle and improve flow
Communicate progress to Executive Leaders
Complete GE certification program on Lean Six Sigma philosophy, theory, and application tools / tactics
Serve as a change agent in institutionalizing Lean Six Sigma - seek, share, and implement best practices
Facilitate, educate, coach and mentor team members in the use of Lean Six Sigma philosophy and application
Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university
Minimum of 5 years of experience in leading a Lean Six Sigma transformation
ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENT :
- Ability to travel at least 60%
