Senior Product Marketing Leader

Strengthen presence in military marine applications by targeting segments, creating value propositions, understanding competitor diesel and gas turbine products, establishing competitive pricing points, developing opportunities, assisting sales in closing orders, developing an extensive network with shipyards and navies. Integrating activities with Power Conversion and GGO is essential to role.
In addition you will :
Development of business and marketing plans, including value proposition, for assigned products / offers / services
Involves participation in the evaluation of market research, market positioning, promotions associated with assigned scope
Must be a team player given role dictates supporting all members of the business and critical business needs
Plays a key role in business decisions impacting our military marine activity
Must be a self-starter, aggressive, and results oriented
Works with cross functional teams
Leads the military elements of our Growth Playbook setting the course for sales, partnerships, strategic relationships, and potential acquisitions
Skilled influencer, able to communicate complex messages to others
Leads complex and multidisciplinary projects
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college
A minimum of 5 years of experience in Product Marketing or Sales
Additional Eligibility Qualifications

Strong marine background with industry experience
Knowledge of propulsion systems with emphasis on gas turbine technology and some diesel experience
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with all levels of GE and customer organizations
Excellent ability to synthesize concise messages from diverse sources
Demonstrated ability to lead in a matrix organization across multiple P&Ls and cross GE businesses
Strong oral and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems
Demonstrated ability to lead programs / projects
