Role Summary:

As part of the Build and Maintenance Team (BAM team) you, together with your other colleagues in the team are responsible for improving, creating and maintaining the build and perform active maintenance of the code to implement our architectural roadmap. But also keep the code up to date with the latest compilers and third party libraries and help improve our continuous integration processes.

The BAM-team has an active role in supporting the releases and reducing the interdependencies between different parts of the code. We help to make automated test run easier, quicker and cover more of the code base. This role asks for creative thinking, staying abreast on the latest technology and have a passion for different types of programming languages.

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • You have a Bachelors’ degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering

  • You have strong technical software development shills

  • You are quality focused

  • You have significant experience developing software in C# and preferable C ++ You have experience with TFS and build definitions

  • You have knowledge about PowerShell and Installshield

  • You have experience with continuous integration

  • You have excellent communications skills (verbal and written)

  • You are a team-oriented communicator that loves to work in a multinational, high performance organization

  • You understand the needs of the business

  • You have experience with working in an Agile development environment

  • You are organized towards tasks and responsibilities

  • You like challenges

  • You are a creative person that gets the job done

  • You know how to convince a rock-star developer about why he shouldn’t break the build, run the tests upfront and have him buy you a drink afterwards.
