Role Summary/Purpose

The Role will be responsible to drive profitable revenue, orders & profitability for Saudi PC business & will have extended responsibilities for the operations & sales in Saudi. He will report directly to the MENAT regional leader for PC & dotted to the Saudi GeoMarket Leader

Essential Responsibilities

The Saudi Country Leader will lead the PC business in Saudi accountable for all business aspects including but not limited to Sales, OTR, on time delivery (OTD) and oversee Services related activities. Together with the Sales and Supply Chain teams he will be responsible to better position the business for future growth in Saudi. He will also be the focal point of the Saudi Based customers for all there surface pressure control needs.

• Provides leadership to the local Saudi PC organization

• Accountable for managing PC business performance in Saudi

• Maintain relations with key personnel in customers organization

• Work cross-functionally to mitigate standard cycles to meet customer I contract needs dates for on-time delivery as well hit key delivery windows to reduce transportation costs

• Show organizational leadership and ownership of key planning metrics and lead additional operational activities, as needed

• Manage development of local talents and succession planning

• Primary interface with the business teams for developing and managing opportunities, commercial activates as well as execution plans for various projects

• Manage existing Inquiry to Order and Order to Remittance execution processes within the Organization, supporting delivery of customer equipment

• Manage cross-functional teams to ensure fast response for quotations/bids and planning and execution of on-time delivery and lowest optimized cost of equipment to our customers

• Prepare and review portfolio execution budgets as well as Estimate at Completion variances

• Present to business leadership strategies and execution plans to drive growth

• Responsible for customer satisfaction evaluation, plans, and follow through

• Responsible for technical evaluations and Customer Complain Reports resolution


• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college

• At least 15 additional years of experience in upstream oilfield industry (preferably in wellheads and X-trees operations)

• Technical background in wellhead equipment or oilfield upstream operations
